Kelley Woodland is the Sr. Director for Consumer Relationship Marketing, Kraft Foods North America. She is responsible for leadership and oversight of Kraft’s media assets, including Kraft Food & Family and Comida y Familia magazines, kraftfoods.com and the CRM consumer database.
Kelley joined Kraft Foods in 1988 in Post Cereals brand management where she led major brands, including Post Raisin Bran, Grape Nuts and Nabisco cereals. Kelley was a recipient of Kraft Chairman Award for superior integration of Nabisco cereals into the Post Division. In 1997, Kelley relocated to Scottsdale, AZ to join the Dial Corporation and lead marketing for their Personal Care and Renuzit Air Care brands. In 2002, Kelley joined Coty Beauty in New York, NY as Group Marketing Director of Adidas Personal Care and the Healing Garden bath & beauty brands. Her brands received several beauty editors’ awards and The Fragrance Foundation FiFi recognition.
In May 2008, Kelley re-joined Kraft for the Consumer Relationship Marketing position. Kelley leads an organization of 25 and drives innovative new programs, including the Food & Family digital magazine, Kraft’s First Taste advocacy program, and the new Budget Wi$e and affordable meal solutions on kraftfoods.com.
Kelley earned her BBA from Howard University and MBA from Columbia University Graduate School of Business. She lives downtown Chicago, IL.
