She serves often in the roles of speaker, trainer, and consultant to organizations including Royall & Company, Samsung Electronics, the NFL Coaches Association, and the Interactive Marketing Institute, among others. An award-winning teacher and scholar, she is an Associate Professor of Marketing with Longwood University in Virginia.
