ANDY COHEN

Andy Cohen, author of Follow the Other Hand: Learn to Make Smarter Decisions, Think Differently, Lead Differently! and adjunct professor at NYU

Andy Cohen challenged the assumptions of the world of advertising by demonstrating that direct response advertising can drive brands. His work for American Express, Merrill Lynch, Clorox, Club Med and Time Warner has generated close to three quarters a of a billion dollars in measurable sales. The same work has also won almost every industry award including EFFIES, ECHOES, CLIOS and even ANDY’s. His work on bridging brand and response has appeared in Ad Age, Ad Week and The New York Times. He was also elected of the 25 most influential people in Direct Response TV.

Andy now shares his method of challenging assumptions to help companies, large and small, think differently to generate new solutions in innovation, marketing, leadership, innovation and management. He is a global speaker and advisor for the world’s most recognized brands: American Express, HSBC, Nestle, L’Oreal, Novartis and Time Warner. He is also a repeat speaker at the World Innovation Forum. His best selling business book, Follow the Other Hand, shares this process and was favorably reviewed in Ad Age, Fortune and The New York Times.

He is an adjunct professor at New York University, faculty member of Duke Corporate Education and lecturer at Stern School of Business.  His is also a magician and has served on the founding board of the Society of American Magicians.
